"Crawl back in" premiere + Chester Interview

We just got the information that "Crawl back in" will be premiered in Russia on August 17th. Read more here: LPRussia

We also got a video of Chester talking about "Dead by Sunrise" on Absolute Radio. Thanks to Joe Hahn Fansite.

Check out the video below :)

EDIT: I added some screencaps ;)

Your music and more article

I found another article yesterday and did my best at translating it. I'm sorry if it sounds bad and if the grammar is bad and etc.
Well, the quote of Mike is in the original article way shorter and translated into german, so I thought I rather take his exact words instead of changing them.
In case, someone already translated it... I'm sorry for wasting your time >.<

So... ah, the guy who wrote the article posted a link to a video on youtube either. I can't watch it because I don't have sound here, so is there someone who can tell me what Chester says in the video? Oh, and screencaps are always welcome.

The songs on “Out of Ashes” already assumed shape before the recording of Linkin Park's double platinum album “Minutes to Midnight”. “I wrote a few songs that I felt were really good but they didn't fit to Linkin Park stylistically,” explains CHESTER. “They were darker and more emotional than everything that I had been doing for Linkin Park until then. So, therefore, I decided to work on those songs instead of turning them into Linkin Park tracks by changing them completely.” Read more

Chester goes dirty

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington is enjoying working with the group and his new band, Dead By Sunrise.

Chester Bennington formed Dead By Sunrise because he wanted to make "dirty" songs.

The Linkin Park frontman recently debuted his new side project and says he formed the group so he could branch out from the 'In The End' hitmakers' usual sound.

He explained: "I had some songs which sounded so different and had this grungy, dirty feel to them - and Linkin Park kind of stay away from the grungy vibe, but I felt it served the songs well. So I got a little push from my friend Ryan Shuck, who plays guitar in the band, and he kind of helped me make the choice to start the band, and I'm really glad he did because I think we've made a really great record. "

The rocker insists that he has no problem with juggling the two bands as he has learned how to take things one at a time.

He added to BANG Showbiz: "My schedule is complicated but I have kind of taken on this new philosophy which is don't think about anything too much and tackle things one piece at a time and what looks like a mountain actually turns out to be a bunch of little pebbles stacked up on top of each other."

Single Cover "Crawl back in"

"Crawl back in" will be released @ August 18th, see the cover here and check the song out on Amazon :)

German article about DBS

Recently, I found an article about Dead by Sunrise on a german website. And because it's in german, not everybody can understand it. I finally got around and translated it.
It's very short but quite nice. It doesn't say much though.

There ya go ;)

Excuse my bad english, I suck at translating. And it's 2.41am.

First single of "Out of Ashes" on August 18th

Just read it on LPAssociation that "Crawl back in" is going to be released on August 18th digitally. It's said to be released on Amazon, some other online download stores aren't mentioned but I guess the same date goes for iTunes as well.

If I'm wrong, don't kill me please. Credit goes to LPA, you're so great, always the ones with unexpected news. ;)
